Terms and Conditions
This agreement is made between You, the Subscriber,
and the Plan Sponsor. The parties agree as follows: Your LegalSense subscription
benefits will become effective as of the date Your enrollment is processed. You
remain eligible for service as long as Your subscription is current. For Your convenience,
Your subscription fee of $19.95 plus applicable taxes* will be charged to Your account on a monthly term.
If You are not completely satisfied with Your subscription, You may cancel by telephone,
fax or e-mail and Your monthly subscription fee will be stopped.
Upon termination of Your subscription, You will remain
liable for any fees, costs or charges incurred by You prior to termination. Any
benefits requested by You prior to termination will be provided in accordance with
the Plan agreement.
Because Your Plan Lawyer, or Plan Financial Counselor
will exercise independent judgment with respect to all services provided to You,
You agree by using the services of a Plan Lawyer or a Plan Financial Counselor to
look solely to the Plan Lawyer or a Plan Financial Counselor with respect to any
claims relating to the services provided by them. You agree that a Plan Lawyer or
a Plan Financial Counselor shall have no liability to You, Your Spouse, Children
or a third party for, and to release the Plan sponsor and the Plan Administrator
from, and all claims, liability, loss, damage or expense, including attorney fees
and costs incurred (if any) as a result of the services rendered by a Plan Lawyer,
or Plan Financial Counselor.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions
from time to time in accordance with applicable laws. This agreement and the supporting
documentation contained in this fulfillment package constitutes the entire agreement.
From time to time, our services and benefits may change.
Your subscription can be cancelled if Your account is not in good standing or the
subscription fee is not paid. We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions on
30 days prior written notice.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Your Province
or Territory and Canada.
By Paying Your subscription fee, You are deemed to have
read and accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement as of the date Your
payment is processed.
